What I've Learned Since Graduation

 

The Last 35 Years

After graduation I attended Mountain View Jr. College for two years earning an Associates Degree. I then went to East Texas State and graduated with a BS. I also earned a Masters of Education Degree from ETSU. I got married to my high school sweetheart in 1974. We have now been married for 31 years. We lived in Sherman, TX for one year, Dallas for four years, San Antonio for five years and have been in Amarillo for 21 years. My husband is a doctor in Amarillo. We have three children ages 27, 24, and 13. I taught school the first five years we were married. I then stayed home with our children for the next 25 years. Last year (2004) I took a part time job at my daughter's school teaching speech. Some of my fondest memories are of my years at Sunset.
